This recipe is from our friend Veronica Armendariz who is an active trial runner.
1 cup of cold milk or nondairy substitute. We use almond milk.
1 cup Rumchata (Rumchata does contain cream)
1 box of Vanilla instant pudding mix
Making the shots:
1. Pour milk and Rumchata into a bowl and add vanilla pudding mix. Then beat with a whisk until combined and thicken.
2. Pour into serving container such as plastic condiment cups or plastic disposable portion cups.
3. Top with Atole mix and make sure you do it with salt bae style.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with a spoon. Mix Atole into the pudding and enjoy.
