Making organic corn tortillas has never been easier! Our Instant Masa Mix allows you to have authentic, GMO-free tortillas within minutes. All you need to do is add warm water to the flour and hand mix it for 20 seconds. Quick and simple!

It is important to ensure the dough is firm and pliable when kneading, not dry or feeble, before dividing it into multiple small to medium-sized 1oz balls. If the dough seems to be too dry, add a little bit more water to the mix. Using a tortilla press or your hands, flatten the dough into a tortilla shape. Place the tortilla-shaped dough onto a griddle or skillet and cook each side for 1-2 minutes over medium heat. Within a few minutes you will have delicious, organic corn tortillas to share with the family! Once air cooled, store the tortillas in an airtight bag or container in the refrigerator to save for later.
