Berry Banana Pinole Protein Smoothie Bowl Recipe is vegan, gluten and dairy free!
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 small ripe banana (sliced and frozen)
1/2 of milk. We like light coconut or almond milk (plus more as needed)
2 tbsp of Original Pinole OR Pinole Sweetened Protein or Iskiate Chia Pinole
- Add the frozen berries and banana to a blender. Blend on low until small bits remain.
- Gradually add the milk and Original Pinole OR Pinole Sweetened Protein or Iskiate Chia Pinole. Blend again on low, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
- Scoop the smoothie into a serving bowl.
- Top with your favorite toppings! We recommend chia seeds, or hemp seeds, or granola and dd fresh fruits.
