Berry Banana Pinole Protein Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Berry Banana Pinole Protein Smoothie Bowl Recipe is vegan, gluten and dairy free!

1 cup of frozen mixed berries

1 small ripe banana (sliced and frozen)

1/2 of milk. We like light coconut or almond milk (plus more as needed)

2 tbsp of Original Pinole OR Pinole Sweetened Protein or Iskiate Chia Pinole

  1. Add the frozen berries and banana to a blender. Blend on low until small bits remain.
  2. Gradually add the milk and Original Pinole OR Pinole Sweetened Protein or Iskiate Chia Pinole. Blend again on low, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
  3. Scoop the smoothie into a serving bowl.
  4. Top with your favorite toppings! We recommend chia seeds, or hemp seeds, or granola and dd fresh fruits.
